Front Office Team
While few things in life are certain, you can be sure that you will be greeted by a warm and friendly smile each time you walk through our front door. Our front office team will help schedule your appointments around your busy lives and maybe you will feel like home each time you're in the office.
Our new patient coordinator will be part of that initial phone call and walk you through your first steps of joining the CHT family. Our treatment coordinators will meet you at your first appointment and they will set the tone for providing what we believe is a higher standard of patient service!
Our financial coordinator will help you coordinate your insurance benefits and help find payment arrangements that fit your budget.
Our marketing coordinator loves sharing the CHT fun with you in the community and on social media!
Our office managers oversee both the Front Office and Clinical Team and are always available to assist you with anything!
