Hello Friends!

Welcome to CHT Orthodontics! My team and I are looking forward to seeing you for your initial orthodontic exam. It is a fun and educational appointment where we will get to know one another and be able to address any concerns and answer any questions you may have. We hope this page will help answer some of the more common questions regarding what you should expect at your initial visit to our practice! See you soon!

Complimentary Initial Consult

We will begin the appointment by giving you a tour of our office and introducing you to the staff.

We will then gather initial records, which include photographs and a digital x-ray.

You will meet in our private consult room, review your health history, and complete additional paperwork.

Dr. Carrie will review your photographs and x-rays with you, complete a thorough exam, discuss any concerns and whether or not orthodontic treatment is recommended.

We will discuss in detail your specific treatment options and plan. If treatment is not recommended at this time, you will become a part of our Sprouts Program and be seen periodically for growth and developments evaluations until timing is ideal for treatment.

If treatment is recommended, we will present treatment fees and discuss payment options.

After the financial commitment, we offer the convenience of a complimentary same day diagnostic scan, which gives us the ability to get started as soon as you’re ready and save you a trip back to the office.

Financial Options

Our goal is to consistently exceed your expectations with regard to treatment and customer service while providing superior orthodontic results. The blending of your expectations and our orthodontic knowledge is of primary importance. Secondly, we would like you to have a full understanding of your options when paying for orthodontics.

At CHT Orthodontics, we do not want finances to be a roadblock to receiving treatment, therefore we have multiple options regarding payment plans and want you to completely understand the financial portion of treatment.

We accept assignment of most orthodontic insurance benefits and file for you as a convenience, which reduces your overall out of pocket expenses. Please provide us with your insurance information prior to your appointment. You can learn more about orthodontic insurance here.

Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flex Spending Accounts (FSA) are welcomed as a form of payment for either a down payment, monthly payment options, or the paid-in-full option. We encourage you to know the yearly amount allowed on your specific account or the remaining balance at time of payment.

We offer convenient interest-free monthly payment options, as well as a courtesy for paying in full, we offer discounts to our service men and woman, first responders, teachers, and clergy.
